Through videos and written instructions, you will learn about the artists' life and career who was born in 1861 in the United States and why he spent his life in Giverny, France.
Use dramatic brushstrokes and layering techniques and by following the step-by-step instructions students can re-create fireworks exploding in the sky and reflecting in the water below.
This painting class is geared for students 6 years and up. Some assistance may be necessary for younger students depending on each child and will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete.
Inside this kit, you will find enough supplies to do two paintings:
- 2 pieces of watercolour paper, 9x12
- 6 colours of acrylic paint, black, blue, green, orange, magenta (pink) and white
- 2 chalk pastels - bright yellow and turquoise blue
